Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

- Include the photo(s) on an email and send to the following email address: support@SHBison.com
We will review the email and, in our discretion, replace the item upon inspection of the photo(s). You will receive a follow-up email from us explaining our decision.
