  • CUSTOMIZATION TIPS

  • We can't guarantee exact placement. There might be slight discrepancies in print placement. Please keep the main elements of your art towards the center of the design area. Anything near the edge runs the risk of being cut off during the cutting and sewing process.
  • We allow the color accuracy deviation of the finished product and the mockup image to be within 5%. Please Avoid uploading neon, matte, and metallic colors as our printers cannot achieve accurate printing representation on these specialty color profiles.
  • There may be small differences in the design of clothing products, with a deviation of 2-3 cm measured manually during the production process.
  • It is impossible to align the patterns or images at the seams perfectly.
  • Please make sure your design covers the entire print area.

    REFUNDS, RETURNS, and EXCHANGES ---- Please be aware that we use third party providers/companies to create the actual products.  All designs are created by us and then sent to the company/companies to transfer them to the product that you have purchased.  We do our very best to only sell top quality products, but occasionally mistakes will happen in the production of those products.  If that is the case, please read on.

    Our policy lasts 30 days.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    Please do the following: 

    • Take a photo or photos of the item/design that is in question
    • Include the photo(s) on an email and send to the following email address: support@SHBison.com

    We will review the email and, in our discretion, replace the item upon inspection of the photo(s).  You will receive a follow-up email from us explaining our decision.
